Eddie Mrok is the founder of CarLife Auto Repair, an automotive repair and service company based in Arizona.

He oversees multiple locations, including those in Gilbert, Scottsdale his leadership, CarLife Auto Repair emphasizes a combination of modern facilities and old-fashioned customer service, aiming to provide a friendly, worry-free environment for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Elsie Alford began her adventures in the automotive world on accident in 2009 at another local independent shop here in the Valley of the Sun. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Owner Operator at CarLife Auto Repair. Elsie brings a military background, and education is Business Management to the team.

She is passionate about the Automotive Industry, and constantly strives to move the needle in service and professionalism. Elsie is the proud mother of their newest service advisor, Riley. She has three amazing grandbabies and loves spending as much time as possible with them.

Jeff Breid is an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician. Jeff began his career in the automotive world at age 18 in 1992. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Owner Operator of CarLife Auto Repair.

His leadership has lead both teams to success for years! His focus is on technician education, along with ensuring the company has the latest and greatest in tools and technology.

Jeff has been able to train countless technicians in the CarLife organization over his 10 years with the company, and has been even more impactful to the industry as a whole. He's been married to his beautiful wife, Heidi for 25 years and they have two incredible, talented children.

Casi Lux started in the automotive industry at 18 years old in 2011 at another east valley independent shop. Casi joined the CarLife Scottsdale team in 2013, worked her way up to the Service Manager position. She then answered our call for need, and transferred to our Gilbert location in October 2022. She strives to improve our culture and customer experience every day. Her impact to our organization is unquantifiable.

Casi has three wonderful sons and enjoys spending her free time paddleboarding and watching the boys play Baseball.  

Justin Armstrong has been in the automotive industry for 29 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team! He started as a technician and worked his way up to a Lead Technician role. He began his journey in the service department 11 years ago, and joined the CarLife Family in 2021 His supportive touch with our technician team, and communication skills with clients ensure a positive auto repair experience for our clients.

He is the father of Hope, a stunning and talented young lady with aspirations to attend NAU after graduation. We are lucky to have Justin on the team!

Riley Dickerson is our newest  team member and Service Advisor at Carlife Scottsdale. She joined our team in the summer of 2024, and although she is new to the industry as a professional, she is also the daughter of owner and operator, Elsie Alford. She has spent lots of time in shops as a child and has always enjoyed the fast pace of the automotive world. Recently, she has started attending automotive classes, and is excited to gain more knowledge.

Riley was born an Army brat, and has lived in 2 countries and 5 states. She has 3 children of her own, Brayden, Kasen, and Stella. Riley enjoys spending her time listening to live music and getting crafty!

Matt started in the automotive industry in 2010 in the tire world. He has enhanced our service team with his amazing customer service and attention to detail. In 2024 he started with CarLife with hopes to bring his knowledge from that industry to CarLife. He has taken automotive courses since joining the team and is eager to learn more about mechanical repairs and maintenance.

Matt has been married to his amazing wife Lindsey since 2017 and they have 2 beautiful children together. During his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Thomas hails from Granby, Connecticut and moved to the Valley of the Sun with his family in 2013. He joined the CarLife family in 2023 and leads the technical team in our Scottsdale location. He started in automotive repair officially in his early adulthood, after completing his degree in computer engineering at The Baron Institute.

He is the father of two beautiful girls, and one heck of a guy! When he’s not fixing normal sized vehicles, he enjoys building model cars too.

With a deep love for cars and years of experience in the industry, Ozzy brings steady leadership, sharp technical know-how, and a genuine care for people that makes him the perfect bridge between our team and our customers.

When he’s not helping drivers get back on the road, Ozzy’s all about family life with his wife Karen and their three kids. Whether he’s off-roading, playing soccer, or kicking back by the lake, he’s always up for an adventure.

And yes—his passion for cars runs deep; from racing to custom builds, Ozzy’s never far from something with an engine. At work or at play, Ozzy brings the same energy: teamwork, honesty, and fun. That’s the CarLife way—and the Ozzy way.

With more than two decades in the automotive field, Jose Alfaro brings deep technical expertise and a passion for precision to every repair. Starting his career in 2002, Jose’s background spans European vehicles, electric systems, and hybrid technology, giving him a sharp edge in today’s ever-evolving auto industry.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Jose moved to Arizona in 2021 and quickly made the desert home. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders , spending time with his wife and four kids, or admiring high-performance sports cars that remind him why he fell in love with automotive work in the first place.

Originally from Northern California, Hannah was practically born in a garage—her dad passed down his passion for cars from day one. After years of turning wrenches with him, she joined CarLife in December 2023 and quickly became a standout. She represents what being a women driven business is all about, and her smile makes the shop a happier place!

She’s getting married in August 2025, shares her home with two beloved cats, and brings her creativity to life through baking, pet bandanas, and collecting quirky taxidermy. She's a technician with serious skills—and serious style.

Julian joined the Scottsdale crew in the summer of 2023, and has has made his mark as the fun one on the team! He brings drive, motivation and a whole lot of laughs to the back of house! His attention to detail as an automotive technician is second to none, and we are grateful to have him here!

When he’s not turning wrenches here, you can find him swinging a golf club with his team mates, or visiting his huge loving family in Tucson!

The newest member of the CarLife Scottsdale team, and he is already making a big impact in the shop!  Miguel brings a great smile and seven years of hands-on experience. He has a true passion for the automotive world and is a natural problem solver!

Juan is one of those technicians who brings both skill and calm energy to the shop — the kind of teammate who keeps the day running smoothly no matter what rolls into the bay.

As a valued Technician at CarLife, Juan takes pride in doing things the right way, focusing on quality, efficiency, and treating every vehicle as if it were his own.

Outside of work, Juan is all about family. Whether he’s out fishing, enjoying time in the fresh air, or cheering on his son from the football sidelines, Juan’s happiest moments are the ones he spends with the people he loves. The Gaitan crew stays active, competitive, and always finds time for fun — especially when sports are involved.

Easygoing, supportive, and dedicated both at home and at work, Juan brings heart and consistency to everything he does. We’re grateful to have him as part of the CarLife family.
